I can’t sign in
- If you signed up with Apple or Google, use the same button again — not email and password.
- Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
- Played as a guest? Guest progress lives on that phone. Tap Create account · save progress in Profile → Settings to keep it everywhere.
I’m out of lives
Lives refill on their own over time. You can also watch a short ad for a free life when one is available.
A friend sent me a match code
Open Sni K’s, tap CHALLENGE → Join by code and enter the 6-character code. Codes work while your friend is waiting in the match.
An ad didn’t load
Ads depend on your connection and region. Wait a minute and try again — the app keeps trying in the background.
Delete your account
In the app go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. It’s immediate and permanent. More options are on the data deletion page.
